PT G4S Security Services looking for Human Resources Senior manager

A multi-national company operating as a security service provider for many companies in all parts of Indonesia is requiring a qualified candidate to fill in the position of:

HUMAN RESOURCES SENIOR MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Have a strong personal integrity
2. male, above 35 years old
3. University graduate preferrably majoring in Human Resources (S1 or S2)
4. Have a good experience in implementing performance management in the organization
5. More than 10 years experience with at least 5 years experience in human resources, preferrable in a service multinational and security company
6. Experience in HR policy implementation
7. willing to work under pressure
8. Competence in labor laws and compensation and benefit
9. Must be fluent in spoken and written English
10. Good planning and analitycal thinking
11. Leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
12. Self motivated individuals with ability to communicate with all level of management and staff
13. willing to travel troughout the country
