EXPANSION MANAGER (code: EM)

Requirement:

• A University graduate with 4-7 years experience in property development and property marketing particularly for commercial establishments (Shopping Mall, Retail Outlets, etc.)
• Aged beetwen 30-40 years old
• Candidates must have excellent bussines sense with proactive leadership, Property management exposure, analytical and networking skills
• English Communication skills in both oral and written is a must

SHOPPING MALL MANAGER (code: SMM)

Requirement

• A University graduate with 4-7 years experience in property management and property marketing particularly for commercial establishments (Shopping Mall, Retail Outlets, etc.)
• Aged beetwen 30-40 years old
• Candidates must have excellent bussines sense with proactive leadership, Property management exposure, analytical and networking skills
• English Communication skills in both oral and written is a must

SHOPPING MALL COORDINATOR (code: SMC) - to be positioned in Bali

Requirement

• A University graduate with 4-7 years experience in commercial building management (Shopping Mall, Retail Outlets, etc.) as tenant relation coordiantor (Supervisory level)
• Aged beetwen 28-33 years old
• Candidates must have excellent bussines sense with proactive leadership, Property management exposure, analytical and networking skills
• English Communication skills in both oral and written is a must
