PT Natra Raya (CATERPILLAR) is a joint venture, heavy equipment manufacturing company located in Cileungsi Bogor urgently seeking a higly qualified Engineer to fill the position of Process Development Supervisor reporting to the Technical Services Manager.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0
• 5 years work experience in engineering and manufacturing process
• Understand 6 Sigma Methodology and improvement process
• Have skill for coaching and leading people
• Fluent in both written and oral English
• Computer literate
• Excellent human relation and communication skills
