Your role

* You will assist HR Manager to handle all industrial relation activities and manage office assets.
* You will assist HR Manager to manage employee’s absenteeism, insurance, and Jamsostek.
* You will assist HR Manager to maintain good relationship and communication between employees and management.

Your Profile

* Bachelor Degree from Law with min GPA 3.00, with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
* Good knowledge of labor law.
* Good teamwork, service oriented, and good communication skills.
* Excellent English speaking and writing ability supported with good knowledge of MS Office.
