Lowongan for : CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER di Karawang

In order to supports its business expansion, PT Bekaert Indonesia is looking for talents to fill the following positions :
Your role

* You will provide technical, process follow up, product & process development and complaint handling services to Southeast Asia sawing wire customers.
* You will manage day-to-day contacts with customers’ technical, production and quality departments, in close coordination with Account Manager SE Asia.
* You will gather and distribute all relevant information on customers, market, and competitors.


Your Profile

* Hold a bachelor degree in Engineering with min. 5 years of work experience, including min 2 years work experience in business-to-business technical support environment.
* Excellent technical, engineering, and problem solving skills.
* Excellent networking and communication skills.
* Able to think and act globally and multiculturally
* Willing to travel overseas (approx. 50% of the time).
* Excellent English speaking & writing ability and proficient in MS Office.
